Like Bridget.

Not that I want to imitate Bridget Jones or anything, but I am trying to count my calories. I have been working out 3 days a week and in order to lose some weight I am going to need to reduce my calorie intake to 1800 calories a day. This is not an easy endeavor - counting the calories is the hardest part.
Cafe Latte (nonfat) - 86 cal
Zone Bar - 210 cal

subway turkey 6-inch, no mayo - 365 cal
diet coke - 1 cal

total - 662 cal
will enter dinner later.

probably salmon
quinoa or rice
and salad.

back to work!
